	Multi-Purpose Room Click Photo to see more This 30’ x 50' multi-purpose facility is equipped with a kitchenette, half-bath, a fireplace in the entryway, a TV with cable and DVD player, and a large multi-purpose area which can accommodate up to 24 six-foot tables, or seating for approximately 50 guests. This facility is used for weddings, receptions, birthday parties, scrap and crop retreats, church retreats and family reunions. The multi-purpose area is fitted with ample florescent lighting and lots of electrical outlets making it a perfect workspace for crafters, quilters, scrapbookers and more. The facility has a large parking area in front, a concrete block patio at the rear and is connected to the main house with a wide concrete block pathway making it wheelchair accessible.
